Erin has litigated cases in all levels of state and federal courts. Her appellate practice spans all areas of her practice.

Representative appellate litigation matters include:

• Representing a reproductive health care clinic in a case before the Kansas Supreme Court that won women the right to choose under the state constitution.

• Representing a large energy company in an insurance coverage dispute.

• Representing a white collar defendant before the Tenth Circuit in which he was alleged to fill prescriptions outside of the course of professional medical practice.
